  • Please reach out to us via our contact form of our email. We will get you set up on our booking website aptly named TimeToPet. From there we'll schedule a meet and greet!

  • TimeToPet is a software we use to book your pet services. There's also a section where you can tell us more about your pet. It's used for scheduling and invoicing our clients and is also used for communication between providers and clients.

  • We take payments via Rover, TimeToPet but can also accommodate other forms of payment including Venmo, cash or Zelle.

  • Rates depend on the type of service and how many pets require care. Please reach out to us in regards to our rates and we will happily provide them for what you and your pups!

  • Yes, all of our providers are insured through pet care insurance and can provide proof if necessary.

  • Yes! We work closely with Mad Dogs Industries LLC. Hilmar is a wonderful dog behaviorist and has worked with a multitude of different breeds.

  • We have a contract and veterinary release form that is signed by the client prior to any services. That way we are able to bring your pet to the vet while in our care in case of emergency. You will be contacted prior to any treatment. If you are unreachable, we will contact your emergency contact.

  • Yes, all of our providers have experience with all types of medications including oral, topical and injectable.
